BUILDING HEALTHY ORGANISATIONS.
From the boardroom to the front line, healthy organisations are built through human connection.
Meaningful connection sits at the heart of every healthy organisation, and facilitating those connections is where I come in.
For more than 20 years, I've brought people together to connect, challenge assumptions and create a shared path forward. I help boards, leaders, teams and communities build the relationships, clarity and confidence they need to create the future they want.
To me, health isn't just about physical wellbeing. It's about the health of the whole organisation through governance, strategy, leadership, values and culture.
Because healthier organisations create stronger communities.

Testimonials
-
“The session was engaging, thought provoking and encouraging. Allowing Directors of all levels of experience to feel comfortable and able to contribute. I particularly appreciated the time Lucy took to understand our organisation and its challenges - the session covered a great deal of information while allowing time and space for conversation and genuine sharing of ideas. I look forward to working with Lucy again and have no hesitation in recommending her to others.”
Karen Robinson, CEO, Rural Youth Tasmania

“Seven members of the RSPCA Tasmania leadership team recently attended a leadership workshop facilitated by Lucy Byrne, and we found the experience engaging, thought-provoking, and highly practical. Lucy created a dynamic and safe environment that encouraged honest reflection and meaningful discussion. Her insights into different leadership styles, emotional triggers, and responses to pressure resonated strongly with our team and provided us with tools we can apply immediately in our day-to-day work. We left the session energised, more self-aware, and better equipped to lead with empathy and confidence. Lucy’s ability to blend theory with real-world application made the day both enjoyable and deeply valuable.“
Andrew Dawkins, CEO, RSPCA Tasmania

“We engaged Lucy Byrne to provide some Governance training for the directors of our organisation and to assist in our governance review. Lucy was very genuine, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She did her research and preparation ahead of the day, tailored the day to the needs of our organisation, and made the day very fun and enjoyable with lots of interactive activities. We hope to engage Lucy again for further governance work and would certainly recommend her to other organisations.”

"Lucy has the knack of (what I deem to be) 'positive manipulation’ - she can entice the most reserved CEO to perform a yoga pose or the loudest disrupter to sit in contemplative silence. Above else, she’s just a darn good person hell bent on making humanity kinder, healthier and happier."

"Lucy and her team have a genuine and authentic passion for creating connected and healthy communities. Their skilled and professional team takes the time to understand the issues and needs of communities and partners with holistic solutions designed to achieve long-term outcomes."

"Lucy is a dynamic facilitator who excels at creating a space that is both relational and intellectually challenging. She maintains a broad, "helicopter" perspective, which helps untangle complex issues while guiding participants through them. Her approach keeps you engaged, using active exercises to stimulate thinking and offering space for deep reflection. This balance ensures participants remain alert and thoughtfully engaged throughout the experience.”
