  • The Good Corporate

During a period marked by widespread resignations, there is a workforce actively seeking more from their professional lives. They’ve experienced a phase in history where disconnection was enforced and now yearn for meaningful engagement, connection and a strong desire to give back.

In this keynote or workshop, Lucy will explore how individuals, teams, and companies can support those in need and ensure enduring and continuous impact.

Lucy is passionate about helping companies to make an impact while making an income. Leveraging her experience of transforming a grassroots community initiative into a prosperous private enterprise, Lucy uses the art of storytelling to share how the 'other half lives' and how we all can help.

Delegates will be challenged, surprised and perhaps even shocked, all whilst experiencing a surge of motivation to connect to the community and give back.

This interactive and purpose-driven presentation will ensure that each delegate departs with a tangible action to undertake.

They will leave ’a good corporate’.

  • It's not all about kale smoothies and running marathons

This is no ordinary health and wellness talk - it's an engaging, interactive, and practical experience that promises to leave your attendees inspired and equipped with a toolkit of strategies for a healthier, happier, and more productive work environment.

Lucy will delve into the core five elements of an effective workplace health and wellbeing program and help you to forget the cliché of drinking kale smoothies and running marathons! She’ll show delegates how these programs are not only about boosting employee health but also about saving your organisation money in the long run, and can be tailored to the needs of any organisation, no matter how big or small.

During this session, delegates gain insights into employee consultation, policy creation, and the power of collaboration. Lucy will bring these concepts to life with real-world success stories and provide actionable ideas that delegates can start implementing immediately upon returning to their workplace.

  • Hard to explain, easy to feel

Unlocking the power of great corporate culture is an intangible yet undeniable force. We know that the companies with the best culture have the most success, so why is positive corporate culture so hard to explain, but so easy to feel?

Unfortunately, there is not a one-size-fits-all ‘culture template’ that meets the needs of all organisations. In this 2-hour interactive workshop, Lucy will guide delegates through a deep dive into the core elements that shape your organisation's culture – values, beliefs, attitudes, systems, and rules. Backed by real-world stories and practical examples, Lucy will make these concepts come to life, igniting lively discussions and active participation.

Delegates will uncover their team's strengths and identify areas for growth, leaving with tangible insights and strategies to nurture a culture that promotes trust, safety, and high performance, and sets your organisation on the path to even greater success.

  • 3P’s of Female Leadership

In this dynamic workshop designed exclusively for female leaders, Lucy will share her ‘Three P's of Successful Leadership’.

Passion, People, and Power take centre stage, providing a framework for personal and professional growth. Guided by Lucy, a transformative leader in her own right, participants will embark on a journey through a myriad of real-world stories drawn from her experience in local and state government, tertiary education and the private sector. Lucy's narratives will not only provide valuable insights but also serve as tangible examples of how passion can fuel success, effective relationships with people can drive collaboration, and harnessing power can bring about meaningful change.

Lucy's authentic storytelling will resonate deeply with participants, offering them tangible strategies and inspiration to become even more effective, empathetic, and influential leaders in their own right.

  • Reflection and reenvisaging = resilience

This fully interactive session empowers participants to take an active role in their self-discovery. It is designed to help participants figure out what's most important to them, what makes them tick, and what they need to prioritise to excel in their personal lives and professional endeavours.

Lucy guides participants through a series of collaborative and individual exercises, stimulating deeper contemplation of their personal values and aspirations helping them understand how to best support themselves and one another to thrive.

Participants will reflect on the past, reenvisage the future and create strategies to become more resilient in the process.

  • Creating a healthy connection

In times when people report higher levels of loneliness, poor health and disconnection from the people around them this session will explore how individuals, organisations and governments can work together to create healthy and connected communities.

Based on a long list of success stories, Lucy uses the power of storytelling to convince delegates that enabling strong social connections is vitally important to our future prosperity and that we all have a role to play.

Your delegates will come away understanding how to create connections to create healthy communities, knowing how to engage existing services in their community to make change, having experienced how storytelling can create behaviour change, and feeling like they can make a difference.
